● Over 25 years building and leading operations and recruiting teams across distribution, transportation, warehousing, and 3PL environments.

● Extensive HR experience — full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and labor compliance.

Debbie Bennett: Healthcare Staffing Specialist

With over 30 years of nursing experience, Debbie has developed a diverse and comprehensive skill set in various healthcare settings. She began her career in 1992, spending a decade working in hospitals and gaining expertise in cardiac, surgical, general medical, psychiatric, and neuro departments and acute care.

Debbie also served in the home healthcare field in various positions as a nurse and case manager, overseeing patient care, coordinating transfers, and managing medical equipment and medications.

Additionally, she worked as a case manager for a stop-loss insurance company, evaluating patient records, medication needs, and treatment plans before retiring. Her extensive experience reflects a commitment to patient care and a deep understanding of the healthcare system.
