​With over 30 years of nursing experience, Debbie has developed a diverse and comprehensive skill set in various healthcare settings.

She began her career in 1992, spending a decade working in hospitals and gaining expertise in cardiac, surgical, general medical, psychiatric, neuro departments, and acute care.
​
Debbie also served in the home healthcare field in various positions as a nurse and case manager, overseeing patient care, coordinating transfers, and managing medical equipment and medications.
Additionally, she worked as a case manager for a stop-loss insurance company, evaluating patient records, medication needs, and treatment plans before retiring.
Her extensive experience reflects a commitment to patient care and a deep understanding of the healthcare system.
